Cisco sx20 dual display issue

Hi,

Can anyone let us know how to configure dual display on these codecs?

We have the dual display licence installed but we cannot get far end camera on on monitor and near end on the other or presentation on one and far on the other

All 3 PIP (far, near & presentation) are on one monitor and the menu on the other

Any help appreciated

This is a P2P call correct, there is no MCU involved here?

So you see the participant + presentation on one screen including self view? And on the second monitor you see the OSD (Menu, configuration etc?)? Have your tried changing the layout family?

What software version are you running?

Hi Shaw,

please configure below settings on the codec:

video monitor role: dual

HDMI 1 output role: first

HDMI 2 output role: second

local layout family: equal

this will make far end on one monitor and presentation and selfview in PIP on other monitor on cal.

above setting is vaild for p2p call and not for MCU call
