Hi!
i have a problem when i try to view content in full screen. Display goes black. Voice works fine but nothing is displayed. This happend when i change layout from sx20 codec to individual(presentation full screen) mode.
If i use other layouts its works fine. When it shares screen with presentation and participants. It works also when participants are up and presentation is below.
What can i do? is it resolution issue or what? Our customer want see presentation full screen mode because room is so big.
