Dear all,

We have installed options:NaturalPresenter, MultiSite, PremiumResolution, DualDisplay to the SX20 with

TC6.0.0.876266.

However, we have found that Configuration -> Software -> OptionKeys: false.

Can anyone knows why there is a False in this option.

Best Regards,

Ben

Have you restarted your endpoint since you added all the option keys?  Do you see the HighDefinition licence installed in the "Installed Options" list on the main System Information page (first one you get to when you connect to the codec)?

You need the LIC-SX20-HD licence to get it to say HighDefinition: true

This licence is included with the SX20, but may not have been installed on to your device - there are reports of this happening (see https://supportforums.cisco.com/thread/2157275).  You may need to contact your distributor or the TAC to get the licence key.

Dear Wayne,

Thanks for your reply.

We are now checking with the TAC.
