You can create an address book entry on the endpoint [favorite] for a individual recording alias for this if you'd like.
Other ways would be to create a phonebook entry to be pushed out to all endpoints [including this one] automatically ---then it could be dialed from the EP via the address book. [TMS can also manage an address book, but you mentioned you do not have this]
