Cisco TelePresence Conductor XC2.2

  Hello ,

I read in the admin guide for the conductor the followings:

"

The TelePresence Conductor supports the most basic MIB-II tree (.1.3.6.1.2.1) as defined in

"RFC 1213

.

The information made available by the TelePresence Conductor includes the following:

n

system uptime

n

system name

n

location

n

contact

n

interfaces

n

disk space, memory, and other machine-specific statistics

"

Are the above thing listed the only things gets to be monitored ? how about the app itself ?

Thank you

Re: Cisco TelePresence Conductor XC2.2

Hi Mahmoud!

You can see the processes running on linux part, but if I see it right the snmp results

are more or less all Linux Os related, not application specific.

What I see are:

DISMAN-EVENT-MIB

HOST-RESOURCES-MIB

IF-MIB

IP-MIB

NOTIFICATION-LOG-MIB

SNMPv2-MIB

SNMPv2-SMI

TCP-MIB

UDP-MIB

Besides the SNMP results you can also look into the API and the syslog.

Re: Cisco TelePresence Conductor XC2.2

Thank you very much.

There are a lot of stuff to report on in the API and the syslog section !! What would be do you think the most important ones to select or cut a ticket for?
