Cisco Telepresence MX300 G2 Invalid License

Hello,

When adding Cisco Telepresence MX300 G2 on Unified CM version 9.1.2, it invalidate the UCM license and invoked the 60 days evaluation message on the home page. The strange thing is that the device is available in the Device pack and the end point is registered on UCM.

What I'm missing here? , Is there a special license need to be added noting that I have CUWL STD ,ENH and Basic License Uploaded on the ELM.

Please advise.

That's OK.

MX300 is using TelePresence Room License  for CUCM.

You must buy: Part Number: LIC-TP-9X-ROOM

I have further one more question, license will be received as a PAK and applied to ELM once purchased or how it looks like?

Yes, you will receive PAK .

And using ELM you can activate that PAK and adding required license for your UCM .
