Cisco Telepresence Platform pb - err on recieve

Hi  ,

We have installed a  C60  Teleprense platfom . but we have a little pb . In fact when we enter a  visio conf , we could see people on the far site , and they can also  see us .

But when we move on the room we see some refresh on the  screen and on the menu Call status on  the Touchpanel we see in the  Total Packet Loss a lot of errors  only on recieve ( on the sending  Total Packet Loss equal 0.0 %)

Also ,  the Jitter on recieve  are growing and equal to 0 ms on the sending .

Does any one please have an idee ?

Hi Hatem,

What is the call rate of the system at which you're making the call? Have you tried to decrease the call rate which might help to prevent the packet loss. As you mentioned that it only happens when you're moving on the conference, can you try to check what is the quality which is set on the input source. If the quality is set to sharpness, can you try to change the quality to Motion rather than Sharpness.

You can do that using the following command :

xConfiguration Video Input Source 1 Quality: Motion

Also please make sure that this is done for the main input source. If your main input source is 2, then edit the above command accordingly to change the setting on input source 2.

Hi Hatem,

    You said that both the end can see each other.  Please let me know if there is any issue with the video seen on both the end.

If the video is fine at both the end, you may really not worry about the packet loss however to diagnose more, please attach xstatus and xconfiguration logs while unit is on call to this query.
