Cisco Telepresence Profile 52/C40 GUI access issue.

Hi

We have Cisco Telepresence Profile 52/C40 registered with CUCM ver 9.1

Device is registered with CUCM, but sometime automatically unregister and we are not able to access C40 via GUI.

But, we can SSH to device.

C40 version is : TC6.1.2.eb6d163

In CUCM, under device configuration Web Access is "Enabled" and SSH "Enabled".

Would you pls. suggest, why we are not able to access device via GUI ?
