Cisco TelePresence SX20 Quick Set with Precision HD 1080p 12x Camera.

I did a search of the forums and found a dicussion that linked to the document below about extending the camera cable, but the Y-cable (CAB-HDMI-PHD12XS) being used should work for what you want.
