Cisco Telepresence Touch Phone

Hello i trying to pair the Telepresence Touch 8 with SX20 via LAN, but the i receiving error of user or password.

This password is from the SX20 Admin Page?

I can access the SX20 through Web Page Admin!

According to the install

According to the install guide, you'd use the codec's administrator username/password.  When you install a codec you're prompted to change the admin password from default, are you sure you're using the correct password?

What happens if you change the password and try to pair the Touch 8?

I receive the same error of

No i did not check this.

Yes it was enabled

I perform a factory reset on the SX20 how can i do this on the Touch Phone?

Once you have done that, try pairing again.
