Can we get serial number and mac address of a installed and working TX9200 camera without dismentalling it????

Hi,
I found this bug, the workaround might help:
Lago serial number shows discrepancies between Admin GUI and Admin CLI
Externally found moderate (Sev3) bug: R-Resolved
Symptom:
The serial number listed in the GUI under UDI_Serial is incorrect.
Conditions:
TX1310-47/65, TX9000, or TX9200 Codec.
Workaround:
From the CLI enter the command "show inventory" to get the correct serial
number. For triple screen system, switch to different codecs by using "utils
system left/right/presentation" to get serial numbers.
