the reason behind is only security. we have to make sure, that only endpoint A can create a multiway conference with the name A. After creation, everybody should be able to join - but here ist the create. message not more active.
This should work for some dedicaded endpoints, but if we would like to spread this for many movi users, this needs to be based on variables.
You could probably make this work using VCS CPL, create an allow rule using the endpoint you want to have access as the source, and destination as the Conductor alias. Then create a deny rule with a lower priority to the allow, that will deny all other endpoints.
Another way could be using VCS search rules, you could put all the endpoints that you want to allow access to the Conductor alias into a subzone, and set the search rule source to that subzone, then use alias pattern match and regex that will point to the Conductor alias.
