Cisco VX TACTICAL NOT WORKING

Does anybody know how to hard reset vx tactical

the unit show only blank screen

If it's on the network, you can factory reset it via the Command Line Interface as per this thread: https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/95151/webex-telepresence-perform-factory-reset

Depending on which version of the Tactical you have, you can try the hardware factory reset for that version of the endpoint (Newer ones run a SX20, older ones were based on an MXP).
