Clarifications on TMS

Hi Experts,

Looking answer to some queries which one of my Customer has regarding new deployment . I would appreciate if you can reply :-

I would request you to please provide a solution to the below mentioned open items so that we can implement the same.

  • How  to accommodate more than 250 Billing codes in TMS.
  • Requirements while sending Email communication when a conference is booked: 
    • Booking confirmation email 
      • Should not be sent as a calendar entry. Should be sent only to the owner of the conference detailing the participating endpoints and associated cost per hour of usage.
      • Calendar entry 
        • Should be sent to all the participants detailing: 
          • How to connect
          • ISDN / IP / H323 / SIP details
          • Timings
          • Any other specific detail

  • Post conference report over email should include following: 
    • Start time / End time
    • Participants
    • Cost (No. of endpoints * no. of hours * prorated cost)

  • When a participant is in a different time zone, the schedule should appropriately be sent as a calendar entry reflecting the correct time
    • Endpoints located at international Customer locations must be configured in the local time zone using an NTP server. When a user books a conference including endpoints from different time zones, TMS (in IST) must correctly convert the international time zone and book the conference in sync with IST.

It looks like your questions came from a requirements section of an RFP.

In any case, you should probably look at integrating TMS into Exchange or a 3rd party ECA like Meeting Room Manager. That should give you a good potion of the functionality you are looking for.

What you are asking for is relatively easy and should be not that hard to implement.

Clarifications on TMS

These requirements are of the Customer...

We have done integration with the Exchange and Now Customer wants to know if above mentioned can be possible or not.

If yes, how will it be possible , some clues in this regards would be more than enough for us to implment the same.
