Corporate Directory is not displaying on Cisco Jabber 4.4

Hi Team,

I am facing some issue on Cisco Jabber with Corporate Directory is not reachable from Cisco Jabber video Endpoints.

I can access the same Corporate Directory from other Video Endpoints.

I am using TMS 13.2, TMSPE, VCS X7.1 and Movi 4.4

Manage Phone Books: Access Control

I can see below mentioned alarm on my Provisioning Extension Diagnostics page.

See the below TMS Connection Settings.

Note: My Address Book is working fine on all other Video Endpoint than Cisco Jabber, even in Cisco Jabber video Endpoint i can see the problem only with Corporate Directory.

please help me to sort this out.

Corporate Directory is not displaying on Cisco Jabber 4.4

WIth Movi/Jabber Video the "search only" phonebook will most likely not work.

Could you generate an additional source, import all entries to the TMS and set this up to a phonebook which you

grant access to the provisioned clients?

Btw, could you please post the full text in the "corrective action"?
