CTS-3010 - Background Image

Hi.

Does anyone know if it is possible to change the background on a CTS-3010?

If so how would I go about doing this and what image format etc does the image need to be?

i believe you are asking gor image on the display right? i don't think its a possible option.

Hi Alok.

Yes, I am asking if it is possible to change the Display picture that is on the CTS screens when not in a call. I know this is possible with Codec like C20s etc however I were unsure if it is possible with the CTS-3010 units.

Dean,

There's no option to change the background settings when the CTS endpoints aren't in a call. There is an option in 1.8 to remove the watermark however this does require a license.
