All equipment installed on a single VLAN, the units are physical devices running VM as per below
I have added endpoints to CUCM publisher and went through the configurations as per user guide, also checked the region settings and locations added bandwidth for CTS calls, however I am still unable to place calls between the two CTS 500 endpoints.
When dialling from the touch panels it take a few seconds then rings out the endpoint on the far side I see the incoming call and hear it ringing, when call is answered I get error on far side endpoint remote site is not compatible – contact the helpdesk administrator, on near side endpoint I get invalid number on touch panel and the number is not reachable on screen.
I have deleted and re-added the endpoints.
