Hello Gents,

It possible to combine CTS endpoint cdr which is connected to CUCM with TMS registered enpoint ?

Customer want to see all endpoint cdr at TMS.

Hi,

TMS does not support endpoint CDRs for CTS systems.

I looked to internet and i couldn't find exactly.

So It possible to export Tms cdr to external source ? like cucm ?

Maybe I can combine tms cdr and cucm with 3 party cdr software.

The only format you can export TMS CDRs to is Excel.

I know its a old thread.. But I just thought I try my luck.

Is this now possible with the newer version of TMS 14.4 etc..
