Hi,

I've found a problem in CTS3000 when I end a call in the phone appears "Call is being disconnected", but the alert do not change until I press the service button, and sometimes I’ll need to do a phone reset to see again the service in my phone, In another room with CTS1000 I don’t have any problem.

Regards,

Pedro Silva

are you running XML phone service ?

if yes may be the problem from the XML service

what is your CTS and cucm versions

i would recommend you to use Midlet as the service for the IP phone if its not in use

but it need the follwoing:

CUCM 7.0.2 or above, SIP load should be  8.4.3 or above, CTS 1.5

CUCM -> 7.1.3.20000-2

Cisco 7970 -> SIP70.8-5-2SR1S

CTS3000 -> CTS 1.6.0(3954)

CTSManager -> 1.6.2(64)

CTMS -> 1.6.1

In attach are the configuration of the services.

dear,

the service you're using is XML the one i mentioned above is java based and will be the supported one ni the new releases of TP

any way you have the services http link misconfigured

just change the services link to the bellow:

http://172.23.145.3:8080/services.html

then save and reset the phone

good luck

I would upgrade my phone to 8.5.3

Can we reproduce the problem?

Other room same CTS/IP Phone load version?

If so we can check http logs to see whats happening

Any reason why you guys not using midlets?

The other room is the same CTS/PHone version, and i didn't found any http issue in the logs

Check URLs are correct services, authentication and idle as well as IDLE timer, compare both phone if you see the same please open a TAC case with us

Thanks
