CUCM doesn't create the log files.

Hi all,


When I check the registrated CTS-3000 in Cisco Unified Call Manager, I attempted to create the log files. First, I clicked 'Capture New Log files'. After Capture complete, clicked Download existing Log file button. But downloaded file was created last time, not this time. I tried to several time, but result is same. Sysop file downloading is doing well.

I want to know the process to get log files.

From the title of the post it suggests that CUCM does not capture the log files to analyze why a CTS 3000 isn't registering to CUCM. Based off the context of your post it seems to me that you are trying to capture the log files from the CTS 3000 itself. I've run into this before and I've used the CLI to capture the logs then I go back to the Web Interface to Download them. Please try this procedure.

Login to the CTS 3000 CLI and issue the "utils logs generate other". This command will then run and show a percentage of the log completion. Once it hits 100% return to the Web GUI and click the Download Existing Log File button once more.
