CUCM Services disappear

Hi all,

In CUCM serviceabilty>Tools>Featured Services, i found the page was blank. (attached)

is it normal ? because when i read the manual of CUCM 8.6, for adding the Tandberg Endpoint TC5 to CUCM, there is need to activate in that page.

please help

Hi kabiru,

This is not normal, If you can't access it.

There is some problem with your CUCM. What about network services under control center??is that accessible.??

you can try to restart apache service by going into network services.

And lastly i think you would like to post this question in the CUCM forum so that you get more responses there.

Actually, yes it is normal.  You need to select which Callmanager server you want from the drop down list (Where you have CUCMALAINSI listed now) and press "Go".

Feature services are controlled on a per-server basis rather than for the entire cluster, hence the need to select which server you want to activate services on.

Hi sorry because i still newbie in cucm, may i ask how to reinstall the CUCM in MCS-server, or you can provide the link i can learn.

i usually use VMware so when i have problem just blow it up and make new one ;-)
