CUVC 5100 7.2.0.0.1 ISSUE WITH ENDPOINTS

Hi

We have MCU 5100 With version  7.1.2.7.2.

Dials to the MCU auto attendant number from Endpoints(tandberg EX60 , and CTS500) terminated succesfully and the end points perfomed a video conference with out any issue.Actually we had one issue with the CTS 500 (We didnt have a video from this end point but from the tandberg was ok) so we have decided to move to a newer version 7.2.0.0.1 .Now when we dial the AA number for MCU then the call disconnected with reason in mcu (Disconnected (undefined reason))

Do you have any idea?

attached is the error message

Hi,

It will never work if you dial directly from a CTS into CUVC. You need to engage CTMS always, even if you have only one CTS unit on the call.

Details on how this interoperability works and how to integrade CUVC into the broader TP infrastructure can be found here:

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/telepresence/multipoint_switch/1_8/administration/guide/interop.html

Best regards.
