I previously had an SD 3115 MCU on our Telepresence system, but now we have a 5230 capable of HD interop.
Everything works fine when perfoming Ad-Hoc dialing, but in CTM I can't seem to change it from "SD" to "HD" under Applicaiton settings -> Interoperability with video conferencing - the option to change from CIF to 720p is greyed out,
I have deallocated then deleted the MCU and there are no scheduled interop meetings. Is there something else I need to check so I can change this setting?

Hello,
In order to enable HD (720p), you need to ensure all your codecs and CTMS are on 1.6.x code.
In CTM: Support - Rooms - Capability - Check the versions of all the codecs

Thanks, that did it!
Even though all our rooms are 1.6.4, I had entered a room into CUCM that had yet to be connected, so CTM hadn't realised that it was 1.6, so it had an 'X' for HD interop. I deleted it from CUCM and the 720p option is now selectable in CTM.
Thanks for your help.
