E20 and CUCM Features

I'm not sure if this should be posted ehre or in the IPT fourm, but here goes.

We're registering our E20's to our CUCM 8.5 platform and I notice 2 key features missing.

1. No CTI control to permit Jabber client RCC (click to dial) capabilitiy

2. No "Mobility" soft key to permit transfer to mobile phone as part of Mobility manager

Am I missing something obvious?

E20 and CUCM Features

Hi,

TE 4.0 will support following features with CUCM 8.5.

►  CUCM Basic telephony

o  Registration

o  Basic call

o  Hold / Resume

o  Transfer 

►  CUCM Provisioning 

►  CUCM Phonebook

►  CUCM Service Contro l

o  SW upgrade

TE 4.1 will support additional features with CUCM 8.6.1

•  Shared lines support with CUCM  

•  Auto Registration with CUCM (requires CUCM 8.6.1 )

•  Call Forward  All on CUCM (requires CUCM 8.6 .1 )

Native video interop erability  with CTS (1.7.4/1.8 )

Features which you are looking is not supported as of now.
