Endpoint EX90 and Gatekeeper ECS Radvision

Good morning everyone,

I have a problem with the cisco Endpoint EX90 . If the endpoint is registered under Radvision ECS gatekeeper, after 1 minute of inactivity, not respond more to any call. To redo work I have to make a call from the EX90 to another Endpoint (for the call i can use a e164 number of my network) and immediately after this,  the EX90 is again able to receive calls.

If the machine is logged on EX90 Gatekeeper VCS, the problem does not occur.

Unfortunately in our corporate network the gatekeeper Radvision ECS is used and not the VCS.

Only endpoints ex90 have this problem, all other brands of working flawlessly endpoint.

You could try the latest verion of TC5 to see if the problem is resolved.

The fact that you can make a call from the EX90 to an E.164 indicates that you are still registered.

If you run debug on the EX90  do you see the incoming call signaling from the ECS gatekeeper if not then the problem is with the ECS gatekeer and you should open a case with Radvision.
