Error Install / Upgrade TMSPE for SQL

I am having problem to update or install TMSPE, first tried to update, after searching, recommended to reinstall, but the same error is still occurring. Here is an image of the error below.

Anyone know this error and could you help me?

What version of TMSPE are you installing, and what version of Java is installed on the server?
Some things to check is you're running the documented version of Java per the TMSPE Deployment Guide for the TMSPE version you're running, also that Named Pipes and TCP/IP is enabled on the SQL server.

TMS - 14.6.2
TMSXE - 4.1
TMSPE - 1.4.1
Java - 7 update 51
Windows Server 2012 R2
