Error TMS PORTAL Smart Schedule

Hello,

 

When I try to access the smart schedule me the following error message: 

 

"There was a problem connecting to the scheduler backend : Unspecified Error"

 

What I can do?

Verify the connection

Verify the connection endpoint in tms system> tms navigator did not reach the endpoint, check the connection and the error was resolved.
