Hi,
I have upgraded all EX-Series at the customer to TC7.1.1.
Now, by chance, I've noticed that some of them didn't upgrade the Touch, sitll running on TC7.0.2.
Anyone an idea?
kind regards,

A reboot should trigger the upgrade on the touch connected to the codecs. Have you checked that the codecs for those 10 have actually upgraded to TC7.1.1?

If the reboot does not help you can do a factory defaults on the Touch Panel

How did you check that? Did you try a reboot of theendpoint, are you sure its the touchpanel
and not the system itself which is still on the wrong software?
Please do a xstatus on the endpoint and paste the output of the following commands:
xstat // experimental Peripherals ConnectedDevice
xstat // SystemUnit Software Version
this is what I see here
xstat // SystemUnit Software Version
*s SystemUnit Software Version: "TC7.1.1.168aadf"
xstat // experimental Peripherals ConnectedDevice
*s Experimental Peripherals ConnectedDevice 1001 HardwareInfo: "101654-3"
*s Experimental Peripherals ConnectedDevice 1001 ID: "<mac>"
*s Experimental Peripherals ConnectedDevice 1001 Name: "Cisco TelePresence Touch"
*s Experimental Peripherals ConnectedDevice 1001 SoftwareInfo: "TT7.1.1.168aadf"
*s Experimental Peripherals ConnectedDevice 1001 Status: Connected
*s Experimental Peripherals ConnectedDevice 1001 Type: TouchPanel
*s Experimental Peripherals ConnectedDevice 1001 UpgradeStatus: None
As you see the touchpanel does not have TC anyhow, it is TT

Hi Martin,
Correct, It's TT.
But still, from 10 devices, when i click on 'Configuration' -> 'Peripherals'
two of them show the SW-Version on the Touch is still TT7.0.2.xx
...and i have around 100 EX-Series at that customer...
Would maybe a reboot be enough to initiate an upgrade of the Touch?
- or do i really need to try to do a second upgrade on those boxes.
---i didn't check any other C20/SX20 with touch 8 so far, except the one in my customers lab...
