EX90 InTouch issue

Hi,

We have some issues with InTouch remote control of a EX90. It seems that the touch is decalibrated ( no feedback on button touch  / ex :  press selfview - right up - and get feedback from Available - left up ). We perform a factory default of the InTouch and for codec and everything is OK for the first 5minutes and after that we faced the same issue.

Does anybody know if there is a calibration command for InTouch ?

Hi,

As far as I know, there is no way for user to re-calibrate the screen.   If you are still facing this issue, recommend to open a TAC case or even RMA the touch panel.
