To my knowledge, settings are correct. We are registered and can receive calls just fine and the conference calls have no issues with connectivity or anything like that. We can call out to other sites nearby, such as other buildings at our installation, and the GVS number, but for whatever reason, a number we used to be able to call in the past monthly, we can't seem to make calls out to them anymore. Any ideas on solutions?
Probably need to look at the logs in your registration server to see what it is doing with the call, if it is getting it. You might also check with the far end technical support to see if anything has changed there.
