EX90 PLAR

Hi All,

I have been told by Cisco support that PLAR for EX90 using SIP is not supported on Call Manager 8.6. Has anyone had any luck implementing a workaround for this?

Failing that, are there any hacks to edit the touch panel, and create a 'big red button' so to speak?

I am trying to implement a kiosk type situation, where the only number a customer can dial is to a dedicated helpdesk line.

I'm no call policy expert, but you may be able to use CPL to identify all calls originating from a specific device with a specific alias, basically:

IF "source alias" = ex90_lobby_plar ; then TRANSFORM "destination alias" = xxxyyy (your PLAR target).

I'm sure i've come nowhere near the language/syntax, but I think you get the basic idea.

BTW, I have no idea if this is possible, this is just how my brain thought of a way to do it.
