Hi,

Unfortunately I need to get a EX90 screen repaired due to it being damaged. Does anyone know if Cisco undertakes these kind of repairs or should I look to a third party?

Hi Lloyd,

An "Act of God" issue is a natural disaster or accident that causes damage outside of the normal wear and tear expected on a piece of equipment.

Unfortunately, “Act of God” issues are not covered under Cisco contract or Cisco warranty. You must file a claim with your insurance company and then purchase new equipment to replace the bad equipment. Cisco cannot take this equipment back because the insurance company will need to take possession of the equipment in order to complete the claim.
