Excessive video jitter in Movi possibly causing lip sync issues?
I'm seeing lip sync issues when running lower bandwidth calls between Movi clients, this seems to mostly happen to Mac users. The video will end up about a second ahead of the audio. In this example the call is 512Kb hard coded between a PC with a precision HD camera and a Macbook Pro with inbuilt camera. The video jitter is quite high while the audio jitter is low.
Interestingly when I turn the call up to 2Mb the video jitter drops and there are no longer lip sync issues. CPU utilization goes up but jitter goes down.
Does anyone else see the same behaviour?
All clients PC and Mac are using the latest version of Movi / Cisco Jabber Video for Telepresence - 4.3.
