Need help enabling data replication please.

Using Version 13.2 and V7.1

Any assistance or suggestion would be appreciated. Trying to enable TMS...please help.

Was this working before or did you just upgrade?

When you run diagnostic on TMS for local and vcs agent? What errors do you see?

It was working. They did the upgrade in May and since then we haven't added any users. Go figure I had to add a user.

The diagnostic had me turn off the vcscontrol tms agent and enable it. I was able to disable it but not enable it.

I checked the disable logs and it had this error "Failed to clear replication setup" just like the enable logs. The TMS server has been restarted but haven't touched the VCS system since I am not the admin for the system.
