Hi
I registered new users with the TMS as internal users in the VCS...
And in their computer they fail to login to the software..
i attached the configuraion.. there is anything else that they need to do in their computer..
the VCS is working and we register in past people to it

Hi Shy,
What do you meen by "Internal users..." ?
Do you add accounts manually or import them ?
What is the error message ?
If you have an old account and can connect form your PC, you can try to connect with a new user credentials from your PC to check if the account is ok.

There is any ports to open??
i get login failed message.
