Free DD and PR options for SX20

We have several SX20 purchased about two years ago, when options DD and PR were not included in the price of the codec.

Now these options are free and, as I understand, they can be obtained for our codecs.

Please tell me how to do it?

According to a previous post, all you need to do is upgrade to TC7.1.x and it's enabled.
