From VCS to Gatekeeper Polycom

Hi,

I have configured a VCS X7.2 with  SX20 and polycom endpoints, both of them are registered to VCS. My aim is make/receive internal calls with other endpoints which are registered with a gatekeeper polycom, how can i do that? may be, via neighbor zone?

You can easily neighbour them if neither are behind a firewall and there's no NAT involved. If there' firewalls and/or NAT'ing involved then you really need to throw a VCS-E into the mix. Howevet, if the Polycom side has been configured correctly, then you should be able to call these systems using URI dialling; i.e alias@domain or alias@ip_address.
