At least when I tried it with a Samsung Galaxy under android 2.3.x it did not support reception of video.
But inbound video, audio, call setup, registration, ... seemed to work.
In general you should just define auth username, password (just something if you do not use auth),
server (vcs ip address or dns A record), domain=sip domain on your vcs), protocol tcp.
And sure, your vcs must also allow this account to register.
Linphone looked more promising. But anyhow, how do you want to use it?
In a demo/test enviroment it is fun, in an enviroment where you are used to movi/jabber
and centalized provisioning, ... not so much.
You will get endless user questions as they either changed something in the config or
did not set it up proper in the first place, ...
Before you deploy something, better ask your cisco representative if there is anything on the roadmap for android.
