Hide E20 Home menu by default

Hi,

Is it be possible to hide the Home menu by default on an E20?

I can press the Home button and the start menu is hidden again, but after every call I need to do this.

It's now covering my personal happy wallpaper which is not a big issue, but it would nice to have the company wallpaper always visible on large scale deployments.
