How do i make a call in telepresence?

Hi- We have recently installed a telepresence system and got very little training on it from our vendor.  Before this was in place we were able to make outbound video calls by dialing an ip address.  Is there something we need to do different now?  The call seems to fail every time we try just the ip address.  I'm not sure where to look TMS, MCU, VCU as I am not familiar with what this equipment does.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you have a tall order to fill with no training. You'll need to look at TMS and probably the VCS (You said VCU but I'm pretty sure you meant VCS).

I'd highly recommend you get with your vendor. With no prior experience with CISCO/Tandberg equipment you'll be hard pressed to troubleshoot the problem in any reasonable amount of time as you'll have to completely educate yourself with the admin guides of the equipment.

Try putting "h323:" in front of the ip address then dialing.

like this: h323:10.100.1.1
