How to make the MCU aware of conferences hosted on another MCU

Hi,

We've got the MSE 8510 and MSE 8710 MCUs. The Auto Attendant is configured on the 8510 MCU.

When the conference is hosted on the 8710 MCU, external participants dialing into AA can't join the same conference because the 8510 MCU isn't aware of conferences hosted on another MCU.

How can we make the 8510 MCU aware of conferences hosted on the 8710 MCU?

It is not possible to link two conference bridges together.  You mention that when external participants dial into the 8710 auto attendant, the 8710 doesn't have an auto attendant.  Why not have then dial directly in the conference on the 8710?

Patrick,

Sorry if it wasn't clear, the AA is configured on the 8510, not the 8710, and external participants dial into 8510.

Thanks for your answer.

Yeah, it's not possible to link the two at all.  I've even thought of something similar in the past for two like 8510 MCUs, but the auto attendant is only for the one particular MCU that has it.
