Hi,

I have upgraded TMS to 14.3.2 

The mail sent when a conference is booked includes this field:

Need more details about joining the meeting using telepresence?

https://<TMSServer_IP_Address>/tms/default.aspx?pageId=79&ConfId=292&View=true

For security reasons we need to change <TMSServer_IP_Addres> for <Host_Name>

I think this URL, in the booking template, comes from VAL:<TMS_CONFERENCE_URL> but I don´t find how I can modify it (if it is possible) to send it the way that I need.

I don't have access to TMS right now, but I'd check in Administrative Tools > Configuration > Network Settings that "TMS Server Fully Qualified Host Name" and "
TMS Server Address (Fully Qualified Host Name or IPv4 Address)" are appropriately configured
