HVC330 not able to call polycom hdx

hi,

i try to dial from aver HVC 330 to polycom hdx at public ip 125.19.x.x##3456 but below error is coming

Call-Status: Q.931 signaling received and forwarded
Termination Cause: Call ended by destination

even polycom rmx 125.19.x.x##52002 not working sam above error.

kindly share experience
