Which Tandberg Previous HD Camera do you have? A model number would help us. Some cameras are not designed to be used with a computer and are supposed to be used with TelePresence endpoints.
If you are referring to the PrecisionHD USB Camera, then it is a quite old end of sale device that hasn't been supported on anything newer than Windows 7. Some people have reported having some luck when it was updated to the latest CC1.5.0 firmware version, but you may need an older machine to run the upgrade.
