Could you please help:

I used x-lite software it registers with VCS and I make a call from VCS to CUCM and from CUCM to VCS. it should be OK. I faced some problems in this software so that I have created another discussion to see if someone can recommend another software.

Ok, what do you have for search rules of the VCSE? What are you dialing from the outside to get to CUCM?

Form Outside I'm dialing 1800@MyRealIP_Address.
I am making the call from H.323 Endpoint. when I checked call history I found the incoming call number is 1800 only so I have created a transform to change 1800 to 1800@domain.com
Transform:
18(..) Replace by 18\1@domin.com
then a search rule with (.*)@domain.com leave and forward it to traversal zone. (VCS)
by the way the URI directory on CUCM is 1800@doamin.com

I was thinking about your post (+5) (It looks like the neighbor zones to CUCM doesnt exist) it could be firewall issue between VCS-Express and CUCM. In the other hand if it is firewall why I can reach VCS-Express from CUCM (by making call from CUCM to VCS-Express)?

VCS Express ideally shouldnt integrate with CUCM, only VCS Control should. Have you created search rules/zones on VCS Express to route to CUCM?
