I have installed a number of C-40s and SX-20s in the US over the past 2 years. I have to install a SX-20 in Germany, is there any differences i have to be aware of when installing a SX-20 in Germany?

Apart from a different power cord, and voltage, it should be pretty well exactly the same.

If the system is ordered for Germany it should work fine power wise.

At least the power supplies I had seen in Europe were something like 100-250v so should

work out of the box (Germany uses 230v) as long as you have the right cord, but these are standard cables so

its not hard to get hold on.

The only additional thing might be if you encounter issues with florescent light, there is a

parameter, its 60hz in the us and 50 hz in most of Europe, incl Germany

Cameras PowerLine Frequency

Applies to cameras supporting PowerLine frequency anti-flickering, i.e. Precision 1080p cameras.

Requires user role: ADMIN

Value space: <50Hz/60Hz> 50Hz: Set to 50 Hz. 60Hz: Set to 60 Hz.

Example: Cameras PowerLine Frequency: 50Hz
