Hi all,
Our IP-VCR outputs errors below.
462719 17:16:52.732 HEALTH_MONITOR Error Real-time clock battery test has failed
462720 17:17:52.779 HEALTH_MONITOR Error RTC battery needs replacing (0x10)
What should I do for this error?
Should I open the chassis and replace the battery?

If you have a valid support contract then RMA the device if not then either see if you can get a paid repair service through Cisco. If those two options are not possible then if you are knowledgable enough you can open it.
The IPVCR is End of Life and it is not possible to buy new service contracts but you have until Feb 2017 to renew an exsisting service contract.
