[iPlex encoder] Audio & video does not sync after switching channel
My company (Viettel, Viet Nam) uses Tandberg iPlex encoders for both IPTV and MobileTV service.
In encoder's configuration, parameter Mode = Standard (3.0s). If IPTV user switches to a different channel, in first 3 seconds video and audio are not synchonized with each other (non lipsync), video look like slow-motion picture.
When we changed Mode = Mega Low Delay (0.75s), IPTV users do not see slow-motion in first 3s, lipsync is OK, but video quanlity is degraded and MobileTV lost lipsync. So we must change Mode back to Standard.
How to correctly configure video & audio parameters in the encoder so that IPTV users do not see slow-motion picture and non-lipsync in the first 3s after switching channel ?
