ISDN Link with TC6.2

Hello,

I upgraded my SX20 with ISDN Link (IL1.1.0) from TC6.1.2 to TC6.2.

After the update I get the following message in the SX20 system information page:

H320

Status:

Error

Warnings:

Not SIP-registered to H320 peripheral

With TC6.1.2 everything is working correctly.

Is there an additional configuration necessary for TC6.2?

no the unit is registered (SIP+H323) to VCS-C.

Can you check if the SIP Outbound configuration is set to OFF? If it is On, turn it off and reboot.
