Hi, Can anyone can help me on initial connectivity of C20 with ISDN Link? I have C20 codec with 1 LAN port which is connected to endpoint port of ISDN Link, the LAN port of ISDN Link is connected on internal LAN. I have configured the ISDN Link IP :XXX.XXX.XXX.251 and codec on XXX.252 both are same subnet.
Since there is single LAN port, How I can access the web interface of the codec to check and perform the pairing? If in case the codec is on older firmware not supporting auto pairing then how I can perform the manual pairing. Can only access the ISDN link through serial.

Hi
Can´t you just plug your PC into the internal LAN (same subnet as the ISDN Link and the codec) and access the webinterface of the codec: http://x.x.x.252 ?
What software versions are you running?

I connected the PC on Video VLAN on which the ISDN Link and Codec is but not able to get the web interface of the endpoint. I am only getting the ping response from the ISDN Link. The codec is running on lower version than 6.x.

Hi Tabish,
No configuration needed on the ISDN link if it runs IL1.1, and endpoint run TC6.x ++
